Case Studies

During the early months of the COVID-19 shutdown, multiple industries were impacted and scrambled to redirect their focus, make difficult staff and budgetary decisions, and understand the developing rules regarding federal assistance. I interviewed case managers about their clients, then wrote case studies highlighting how these businesses addressed the pandemic-related problems they faced. The studies were compiled into a digital booklet and shared with the company’s many clients nationwide.
